Lauren is a Canadian Certified Coach and Professionally Certified Coach. She grew up in Calgary, AB and graduated with a BA in Dance from the University of Calgary and later completed her Masters in Counselling from Providence University. Working alongside the clinic’s team, Lauren provides comprehensive mental health care tailored to each client’s unique journey. Whether overcoming the psychological impact of injury, strengthening mental performance, or maintaining motivation through personal recovery or supporting someone through recovery, her goal is to empower clients to thrive through each season they are in.
Lauren is also trained in EMDR and Flash Technique to help clients overcome panic, fear, or avoidance related to activities associated with past injuries or trauma, as well as those recovering from specific distressing events such as car accidents. She is Gottman Level 2 trained and skilled in supporting clients through the relational challenges that often accompany the recovery process.

Victoria is originally from Nova Scotia where her passion for sports and movement stems from growing up dancing, playing soccer, volleyball, track & field, and rugby. Victoria graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a double major in Human Kinetics and Human Nutrition. During her time at St.FX she was the Student Athletic Therapist for the X-Men Football team. Upon completion, she moved to Alberta where she began working as a Kinesiologist. After seeing the positive impact that physiotherapists had in their clients’ lives, she was inspired to start her career as a physiotherapist. Lori graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE) degree from the University of Calgary in 1991. She was also a member of the varsity women’s soccer team and received the Gauntlet Sports Extra Effort Award and was named one of the Top Ten Academic Athletes at that time. She obtained her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Physiotherapy (BHScPT) from McMaster University in 1996. Upon completion of her degree, she went on to take numerous post graduate courses. In 2000, she completed her Intermediate Manual Therapy exam (Part A) and obtained her Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) certification.
